Games developers can focus on one console such as PS3, Xbox 360, nintedo wii or could develop for a variety of consoles. Developers also tend to focus on a certain type of game like first person shooters, tactical or sports games.

The majority of there work takes place in the development studio like Activisions Radical Entertainment, and the developers are completly involved with all work from the 1st steps to the very last.

Qualifications required for this job can need up to 4/5 years managment skills with creative teams also required to be very good technical and managment of projects.
